With more than 10 years of entrepreneurial experience and a strong background in residential construction, Andrew brings practical knowledge, hands-on experience, and attention to detail to every home inspection. His experience includes working as a Project Manager under a licensed general contractor, completing more than 50 personal top to bottom home renovation projects, and hands-on work with a Licensed Electrical Contractor. Having been on construction job sites since childhood, Andrew has developed a strong understanding of how homes are built, how their systems work together, and where defects, improper installations, and potential problems are most likely to occur.
Andrew believes a home inspection is about more than simply identifying defects, it’s about giving you the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about your home, or future home, and your investment. Andrew takes his clients’ safety, investment, and overall satisfaction seriously, providing thorough inspections and clear, honest explanations of his findings. Testing may be recommended when there are signs of moisture intrusion, visible growth, musty odors, or other conditions that raise concerns about potential mold. Results can provide additional information to help determine whether further evaluation or remediation may be appropriate.
